Delivery is priced as follows for UK Mainland deliveries:

£3.95        3-5 Working Days up to 10 Kg delivery weight

£4.95        1st Class up to 10 Kg delivery weight

£6.95        Next Day* up to 10 Kg delivery weight

£19.99      Next Day* over 10 Kg delivery weight

Orders totalling over £25 are delivered free on a 3-5 day service. (Please be advised this offer only applies to orders placed on the website)  

* Next Day orders must be placed by 12pm and applies only to UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands).  Orders placed by 12pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday as we are unable to offer a Saturday service.  If we are unable to fulfill your order on a next day service for any reason we will let you know as soon as is practically possibly and you will have the option to cancel the order.

Next Day deliveries will be carried out by Royal Mail or a courier service and will require a signature.

Products made to order will be sent out on a next day service once they have been manufactured.  The lead time on rock sweets is typically 3 weeks and on rock sticks around 2 weeks.  We will endeavour to meet your requested lead time where possible.

Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to offer a service outside of the UK.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch by calling 01262 678525, providing the order is not bespoke and is a standard stock item.  If you order is bespoke or being made specially for you, the order cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from but we understand there may be occasions where it is necessary to return an item. 

Unwanted Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you may return it to us, unused and in good condition, within 14 days of purchase.  We will refund the price you paid for the product excluding delivery charges.  The refund will be made to the card used in the original purchase once the returned items have been inspected and we are satisfied that it has been returned in its original condition and following the returns procedure specified below.  Some items are excluded from this policy such as personalised products and customised orders.  You will only need to pay the cost of returning the product to us.

Faulty Items

If the product you receive is damaged/defective or not as ordered we will replace or refund the item free of charge if returned to us within 30 days.  We will refund the product and associated delivery charge if you request a refund.  The return postage will be refunded if you provide proof of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Returns Procedure

In all circumstances you must send an e-mail to quoting your order number and why you wish to return the product.  You will receive an e-mail within 2 working days giving you a packing note to include within your parcel and further instructions on how to send your returns. 

Please ensure you use a return method which requires a signature on receipt.
