FACTORY VISITS

**We are open Good Friday and Easter Monday 11am-12pm and 1pm-3pm**
We are a seasonal tourist location and our hours do vary depending on whether it’s the school holidays or term times. Our main season starts from the first day of the Easter Holidays (2nd April 2012) and finishes at the end of the October Half Term holidays.
Our standard opening hours are as follows, however, we always recommend that if you are travelling from a distance that you telephone on the day of your visit to confirm our opening times.
TERM TIME:
Monday to Thursday 1pm-3pm
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:
Monday to Friday 11am-12pm and 1pm-3pm
The factory tour is self-guided so you can spend as long as you like viewing our factory production areas from the public gallery. Typically, a visit will last between half an hour and an hour and depends on whether you choose to take part in the rock rolling or chocolate lolly making activities. You may also experience delays during the school holidays, particularly during bad weather when we are at our busiest.
Entry to the tour will give you access to the public viewing gallery where you can see rock, biscuits and chocolates being produced and is priced as follows:

Whilst on the tour you may wish to take part in the activities. You can choose to roll a stick of rock with a letter of choice through the centre or make your own chocolate lolly. These are priced at £1.00 per activity per person. These activities can be paid for at the activity points within the tour.
